In view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court dated 6th July 2017 in Civil Appeal No. 8928 of 2016 in the case of Chairman and Managing Director FCI and Ors. Vs. Jagdish Balaram Bahira and Ors., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief claimed in this petition will not survive and that he is not pressing the petition.
