DATED : 21 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- The learned APP on instructions submits that the trial has commenced and the prosecution has already examined two witnesses. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for about 6 years, the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
