By this application, preferred under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the applicants seek quashing of the FIR registered vide C.R.No.82 of 2021 with the Mandrup Police Station, Solapur, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Learned A.P.P states that the police, after investigation, have filed a 169 report as against the applicant No.2 -Mallikarjun Sutar and NC summary report as against applicant No.1 - Reshma Sutar on 30.01.2023.

Learned APP has tendered a report dated 30th January, 2023 of the Additional Commissioner of Police, Solapur Division, Solapur, evidencing the same. The said report is taken on record. 4.
In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid application. Hence, the application is disposed of as infructuous.

Needless to state, that the applicants are at liberty to file a fresh application, if an occasion so arises.
