By the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging order dated 15 May 2018, passed in exercise of power under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

The writ petition is filed on 15 April 2024, the orders challenged are consequential orders for execution of certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

On perusal of the petition, it appears that the petitioner has not explained latches in filing the petition. Hence, such petition

8-wp-5937-2024.doc cannot be entertained after lapses of six years. Hence, the writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
