The Petitioners- Members of Shideshwar Pani Puravatha Seva Sahakari Sanstha, Daund, Pune, have filed this Petition challenging the order dated 28 March 2019 passed by the Respondent- Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Daund, in respect of confirmation of auction of the properties of the said Society. A Liquidator was appointed on the said Society and thereafter steps were taken furtherance of liquidation proceedings to sell the property.

R.V.Patil 2 19 WP.8486.2019.doc The learned AGP for the State points out that once liquidation proceedings were initiated, the Petitioners- some of the Members would not have any independent right. Even otherwise the order is of March 2019. The Petition is filed in April 2019, however has remained pending without any order. The liquidation proceedings must have proceeded further and, therefore, nothing remains in this Petition which is accordingly disposed of. (MANJUSHA DESHPANDE, J.) (NITIN JAMDAR, J.)
