Grievance of the petitioner is that the Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nashik, has not considered and decided the petitioner's caste claim which is pending since 28th April 2004 as per Exhibit 'B'. 2] Keeping in view the aforesaid, we are of the view that this petition deserves to be disposed by directing the respondent no. 2 Committee to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's caste validity claim as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the said Committee.
