We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.6 to 9 submits that the Petitioner has remedy before the Grievance Committee of the University as per statute 10.5 of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. The Respondent-College is affiliated to the said university. 3.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner opposes the request and submits that present grievance cannot be made before the said committee. 1/2

14.aw7456.22.doc The present dispute would certainly be within realm of the said grievance committee. In view of that the Petitioner may approach the Grievance Committee. The Grievance Committee shall decide grievance of the Petitioner expeditiously preferably within four months from the date the Petitioner files grievance before it.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
