This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in C. R. No. 89 of 2017 registered with M. R. A. Marg Police Station, Mumbai under Sections 408, 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No. 781 of 2017 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of three weeks from today 1/2
