Although this application is listed for extension of interim relief, the learned APP points out that the chargesheet is filed and the custody of the Applicant is not necessary for further investigation. The learned counsel for the Applicant also points out that the husband of the Applicant is released on bail by the learned Sessions Judge. There is an interim protection operating in favour of the Applicant by order dated 04.11.2020. 2.
