Perused the order dated 6th September 2018. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has placed on record a photocopy of letter addressed by her to the legal representatives of the appellant along with the acknowledgment to one of the two legal representatives. She states that an envelope containing letters addressed to the other legal representative is returned unserved with the remark "not staying".

If the Letters Patent Appeal is not yet disposed of, the same shall be treated as disposed of. However, if the Letters Patent Appeal is already disposed of, the said order will remain unaffected.
