The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 49 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the above Civil Application. The Learned Counsel Ms Nichani appearing for the Respondent No.1 opposes the above Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to this Court. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed, resultantly the delay of 49 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. List the above First Appeal for admission on 11-7-2016 along with Civil Application No.2615 of 2016.
