The matter was listed on 21st November 2022. On the said date none had appeared for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondents made a statement that tender is already allotted long back, and nothing survives in the writ petition.
However as nobody appeared for the Petitioner, we adjourned the matter to 24th November 2011 i.e. today.
Today also none appears for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Respondent-Corporation has submitted that six tenders have already been issued in the year 2018 and work is also in progress. In all matters more than 40% work is completed. A chart is placed on record about completion of lgc

In view of that, it will be too late to entertain the challenge qua awarding the tender and directing issuance of fresh tenders.
