Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for State.

It is prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may direct learned JMFC (2 nd Court), Thane to accept the earlier solvent sureties furnished before the respondent

2/3 no.1 on 23 rd August, 2019 without further directing the applicants to furnish fresh solvent sureties in RCC No. 1564 of 2020.

I have perused the operative order passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 714 of 2019 dated th June, 2019 passed by the District Judge-III and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, has brought to my notice a solvent surety furnished by him, which is at page-33 of the paperbook.

In light of this fact, nothing survives in the application. It is disposed off.

Learned Counsel appearing for the complainant, has brought to my notice, Condition No.4] imposed by the Additional Sessions Judge,

3/3 Thane, while granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 714/2019. The condition reads as under :

"4] Applicants are directed to attend the concern police station from 20 th to 24 th June 2019 during 11.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and during that period are directed to hand over Stridhan, if any as per the list, if any attached to the complaint and I.O. is directed to prepare panchanama of the said fact in detail alongwith a list of ornaments handed over."

Prima-facie, it appears, this condition has not been complied with.

The application is disposed off.
