Advocate for the Applicants states that in the order dated 14 September 2023, there is typographical error in the appearance shown wherein Interim Application Number is wrongly shown as 14552 of 2023, the same should be corrected as Interim Application No.14551 of 2023 instead of Interim Application No.14552 of 2023. The said corrections be carried out in the entire body of the Interim Application and number of the Interim Application be shown as Interim Application No.14551 of 2023 instead of Interim Application No.14552 of 2023 and so also in the first paragraph, line no.3, MACP Number is shown as 877, the same should be changed to MACP No.876.

In First Appeal No.107 of 2023, the order was passed on 14 September 2023 in the title, Interim Application is wrongly shown as Interim Application No.14551 of 2023, the same should be changed to Interim Application No.14552 of 2023 and further in paragraph 1, in the third line, MACP Number should be shown as MACP No.877 of 2017 instead of MACP No.876 of 2017. Rest of the order is the same.
