Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has granted liberty to convert the Appeal from Order into appropriate proceedings by order dated 18.08.2017. The said order is annexed to the praecipe. He further submits that he be allowed to withdraw the Appeal from Order with liberty to file the appropriate proceedings.

Allowed to withdraw. Instead of conversion of the Appeal from Order, he is allowed to withdraw the Appeal from Order and granted liberty to file the Writ Petition as prayed for. The Registry to accept the Writ Petition.
