P.C., the applicant has impugned the Order dated 20th March 2017 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 63rd Court, Andheri, Mumbai in CC No.4839/SS/2015 thereby adjourning the matter for 3 months. 2] Perused the complaint filed on 7.9.2015. In view of the mandate of Section 143 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and directions issued by the Apex Court from time to time, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the Complaint No. 1/2
