It is not in dispute that the parties have tendered Consent Terms in the Family Court at Bandra in Petition No.A-3196 of 2016. The same are accepted.

The Family Court has kept the matter pending as the present prosecution is to be withdrawn and parties have to tender certain other Affidavits.

Accordingly, the complainant has tendered an Affidavit before this Court. In that Affidavit, she has withdrawn / waived all her rights for alimony and maintenance. She has also given no objection for withdrawal of criminal proceedings. 5.
Petitioner Nos.2 to 6 have also filed Affidavits separately declaring that they shall not initiate any civil or criminal proceeding against the complainant. These Affidavits tendered by the parties are taken on record.
