At the outset the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the appellant has not raised any statutory defence. He therefore states that the notice to respondent no.4 be dispensed with. In the light of the said statement, notice to respondent no.4 is dispensed with.

By this application, the applicant herein has sought to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the appeal challenging the judgment pps

5-i- caf 1451-17.doc and award dated 17th June, 2016 in MACP 340 of 2013 passed by the MACT, Satara. The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 has no objection. Considering the said statement, as well as the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing appeal is condoned. 3.

Appeal be registered.
