Considering the nature of directions proposed to be issued, service of notice on Respondent Nos.4 to 64 is dispensed with. 2.

The only relief sought in this Petition is for expeditious consideration of Appeal that has been preferred under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Petitioner is aggrieved by Order dated 8th November, 2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Kokan Division, Navi Mumbai deregistering Respondent No.4-Society. 1/2

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the aforesaid Appeal has been filed on 13th January, 2024. Considering the fact that the Registration of the Society has been cancelled, it is submitted that the Appeal be decided expeditiously. 4.

In the aforesaid facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing Respondent no.1 to decide the aforesaid Appeal on its own merits after hearing all parties within a period of three months on receiving the copy of this order. All points raised are kept open. 5.
