The learned counsel for both parties jointly propose that this appeal from the order can be disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to decide the Notice of Motion No.654/2023 in a time bound manner.

In view of this, the learned trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of notice of motion and decide it as far as possible within three months from the date of receipt of this directives.
