The aforesaid two intervention Applications are filed by the original Complainant in C.R. No. 125 of 2016 registered with Saki Naka Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the said Applications and in the interest of justice, the Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 593 of 2016 and Anticipatory Bail Application No. 594 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original Complainant as Respondent No. 2. 4.

The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the Applications be served upon the learned Counsel for the original Complainant within the same stipulated period.
