Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

As the Court expressed its disinclination, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that the applicant has been in custody since 11 October 2020 and the charge has yet not been framed. Learned Counsel, thus, seeks a direction for expeditious conclusion of the trial.

Having regard to the period of incarceration, the prayer seems justifiable. 4.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.103 of 2021 arising out of C.R.No.506 of 2020 is requested to commence and conclude the trial in the said case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
