This is revision by the Applicant-original accused against the judgment of confirming the conviction and dismissed the appeal. There was conviction for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Sentence is simple imprisonment for five months and fine of Rs. 5,10,000/- and since long it is pending. No orders are sought including the first order of issuance of the notice. It seems that the Applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the revision either due to settlement or for some other reason.
