By this Civil Application, Applicants Claimants are seeking condonation of 113 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the order dated 19.09.2014 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai in Application No.

MA/MCC/2014/0014 filed by Applicant for condonation of delay in filing the claim petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out a case Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:
