The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. I-97 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 read with Section 34 Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 12, 13 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and under Sections 66(E) and 67 of Information Technology Act. 2).

Perused the case diary and other material available on record. The applicants are also alleged to have allayed with one of the main accused, Manisha in the commission of crime in question.

Rane * 2/2 * ABA-791-2016 Monday, 21.11.2016 sr.no.20 But for the said statement, there is hardly any incriminating material so as to connect the applicants to the crime in question. The role attributed to the applicant in the FIR and other documents is only that of friendship with the main accused. 3).

In view thereof, the application is allowed. In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.

The applicants to attend police station on Monday and Thursday for two consecutive weeks and thereafter as and when called.

The applicants not to tamper with the evidence and/or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. (N.W. SAMBRE, J)
