It is informed that the Applicant - Accused, who is in custody had already deposited the amount of fine. It is further claimed that the Applicant was on bail during the trial and pendency of Appeal. 2.

In view thereof, the sentence is suspended. The Applicant - Accused be acquitted to bail on the same terms on which he was ordered to be released by the learned trial Judge during the pendency of the trial.

The Applicant - Accused shall attend the Court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 47th Court at Esplanade, Mumbai in the first week of January and June of every year. 4.
