The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he is seeking a discharge from appearing in this matter since the Appellant No.1 had expired in the year 2004 itself. Upon communication by the learned counsel son of the Appellant No.1 viz. Tushar Meghnath Waskar had taken the papers from the learned counsel and has not returned the same. The learned counsel has accordingly informed the Registry about seeking discharge. In view of this, the learned counsel for the appellant is discharged. Photocopies are taken on record and marked as article ' X' for the purpose of identification. None appears for the appellant although the

2 sa-577.95 - 207.odt learned counsel for the appellant had informed about the scheduled date of hearing by registered letter. An acknowledgment dated 13th January 2020 and 22nd January 2020 is placed on record. The learned counsel has also informed the appellant vide a letter which was received on 4th February 2020. In view of this, it appears that the appellant are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Office to communicate this order to the concerned Court forthwith.
