P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No.1 imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Thane in Bail Application No. 891 of 2019.

By the said condition, the Applicant has been directed to be enlarged on P.R. bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant is a rickshaw driver by profession and is unable to get one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

ssm 2 43-appln173.19.doc In view thereof, the Applicant is permitted to furnish "one or more sureties" to make up the said amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. The condition No.1 of the Order dated 8th April, 2019, is modified to that extent. Rest of the conditions imposed upon the Applicant, are maintained.
