By taking this application on board learned counsel for applicant submitted that while granting bail to applicant by order dated 27/3/2018 applicant is directed to deposit Rs.25 Lakhs with the Registry of this Court on or before 10/4/2018. It is submitted that though applicant in compliance of said order obtained Demand Draft on 28/3/2018, inadvertently it came to be obtained in the name of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (J.D) & J. M. F. C. Panvel. It is further submitted that applicant to comply with clause (i) of the operative part of order seeks time of one week for cancelling the DD in the name of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (J.D) & J. M. F.C. Panvel and to obtain DD in the name Registrar, High Court. Copy of Demand Draft obtained in the name of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (J.D) & J. M. F. C. Panvel is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose. 3.
From this document it appears that though applicant in compliance of order dated 27/3/2018 had obtained DD on 28/3/2018,
rsk 2/2 P-502-APPP-515-18.doc same was incorrectly obtained in the name of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (J.D) & J. M. F. C. Panvel.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed as per order below:
ORDER
i) Time to deposit amount of Rs.25 Lakhs with the Registrar of this Court is extended till 4/5/2018;
