This is an application for modification of order dated 26.4.2016 passed in Revision Application No.506 of 2015. By the present application the applicant (original respondent No.1) has prayed that Senior Inspector of Police, Nagpada Police Station be directed to conduct the inventory of the articles of the shared house involved in the application precisely Flat No.201, 2nd floor, Gulmarg Apartment, YMCA Road, Nagpada, Mumbai and for vacating the ad-interim relief granted by an order dated 26.4.2016.

2) The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that he is restricting his prayer in the present application only for inventory to be taken by the police in the premises and does not press the other reliefs. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 Rahela on instructions submitted that she has no objection if the

2 /2 inventory of the articles lying in the said premises be taken before her client enters into the said premises. In view of the same, The Senior Inspector of Police, Nagpada Police Station, Mumbai is hereby directed to depute an officer not below the rank of Police Sub Inspector to effect the inventory of the articles lying in the afore stated premises.
