This writ petition is pending in this Court from 2012. It was amended also. The petitioner moved the matter before a Vacation Bench on 21st May, 2012. A statement was made on behalf of the second respondent by which one post was kept vacant. The petition thereafter appeared for admission on 17 occasions but it appears that after seeking amendment, the petitioner and the advocate both have remained absent. Even before the Registry when the matter was placed, they have remained absent. SRP 1/2
