The learned counsel for the Respondent contemnor submits that they already complied the order dated 27.10.2015 passed by this Court (Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J) by handing over the possession of the suit premises i.e. Flat No. 8 in Building No.1 Anil Co. Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd. Near Telephone Exchange, Gowand Path, Naupada, Thane-400 602 to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner is not disputing this fact. She also submits that they have received the possession of the suit premises as per order dated 27.10.2015.
