Heard Mr. Sugavkar, Petitioner No.1 in-person. 2.

Petitioner No.1 is Applicant before the learned Trial Court in Transfer Application No.48 of 2024. The order impugned in the present Writ Petition is dated 27.03.2024 rejecting the Transfer Application.

After hearing Mr. Sugavkar duly supported by his younger brother who is Petitioner No.2 appearing in-person, it is seen that the Writ Petitioners are aggrieved with the delay in hearing Contempt Notice of Motion Nos.2966 of 2023 and 2967 of 2023 filed by the Writ Petitioners who are the Plaintiffs before the learned Trial Court. 4.

I have made it clear to the Writ Petitioners that this Court shall not indulge in passing any order whatsoever in respect of the

s challenge to the Transfer Application order. The order dated 27.03.2024 is sustained.

However, at the request of the Writ Petitioners, the learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to determine and decide the Contempt Notice of Motion Nos.2966 of 2023 and 2967 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of six weeks from today.

It is clarified that the learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments to the parties unless if it is utmost necessary due to any emergency / exigency, if prayed for by the parties. 7.

Parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the LC Suit No.2162 of 2005 and LC Suit No.2444 of 2015.
