The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time for sale of the suit property under the Consent Terms dated 13th January 2014. The extension sought is upto 31st March 2017. The time stipulated for the sale of the suit property is by Clause (2) of the Consent Terms dated 13th January 2014 filed in the Sharayu.

906-CAF-2998-16.doc above First Appeal. The said time was extended upto 31st March 2016 by virtue of the order passed in Civil Application No. 1391 of 2015. However, inspite of extension, the sale could not fructify. The Applicants who are the original Appellants have therefore, sought further extension upto 31st March 2017. To the said Application, Three Consent Affidavits have been filed by the Respondents No. 1 to 8 agreeing and concurring to the extension sought. In view thereof, the Civil Application is allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Civil Application. The time is accordingly extended upto 31st March 2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
