Learned AGP tenders an affidavit of Shri Nitin Kareer, Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department of the Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai. The affidavit shows that though belatedly, a decision has been taken on 1st January, 2015 on the representation made by the petitioners. The said decision has been communicated to the petitioners.

Shri Nitin Kareer has tendered an apology on account of the delay in complying with the order dated 10th August, 2012 passed by this Court. We accept the apology. Hence, the notice issued on 4th August, 2011 is discharged. Contempt petition is disposed of.
