Porlekar has been dismissed, it is only proper that the Applicant-Shantabai, in the present civil application, is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the original Petitioner in this Court, in pursuance of order dated 21 August 2013. There is no clarity as to whether the original Petitioner has indeed deposited such amounts. However, if such amounts have been deposited, the Applicant in this Civil Application is permitted to withdraw 1/2
