Considering the reasons given by the trial Court and observations that there has been delay on the part of the plaintiff in approaching the Court and having regard to the advanced stage of construction, this is not a fit case to grant any interim relief in favour of the applicants. However, it is made clear that the construction is subject to the outcome of the Suit. Civil Application is disposed of.
