This Interim Application is filed in this Petition with a complaint that though Petitioner has been allotted land by order dated 11 June 2019, his name is not being mutated to the revenue records pertaining to that land. If indeed the land has been allotted to Petitioner and possession has been given, the Revenue Authorities are bound to take cognizance of such allotment and possession for effecting mutation entry. With the above observations Interim Application is disposed of. The Interim Application No.18210 of 2021 does not survive and is disposed of.
