In the light of the fact that the applicant was given treatment by the TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai on his admission there from 23-4-2018 to 26-4-2018 but on account of further surgical intervention, presently, the applicant is discharged from the hospital, he has surrendered before the prison authorities who have assured the Court that in the event
suresh 918-APPA-683.2018.doc any emergent medical care or operation or even surgical intervention is required, the prison authorities will take him to the hospital and if possible to the same TATA Memorial Hospital, then, this application has served its purpose. It need not be kept pending. It is disposed of.
