This application is filed through jail by the applicant. The learned counsel Mr.Omkar Nagwekar states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the applicant. We have therefore heard learned counsel Mr.Nagwekar and learned APP.

The application is filed for bail, pending the above appeal. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable u/s 302, 376(2)(f), 363 and 201 of IPC and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and also fine. Earlier, the applicant had filed Criminal Nesarikar
