Learned Advocate for Applicants state that Applicants have already undergone six years sentence imposed on them by the trial Court. Presently, Applicants are undergoing default sentence for not depositing fine amount of Rs.15,10,000/-, default sentence is of 23 months out of which Applicants have already undergone four months.

Learned AGP has placed on record list of cases pending against Applicants and co-accused. Considering the Shiv

2/2 8.ia1656.23.doc number of cases filed against applicants this is not a fit case to grant bail, however, as Applicants have already undergone substantive sentence of imprisonment, Appeal needs to be heard expeditiously.

Interim Application is disposed of.
