This is an application filed by the convicted accused/applicant for permission to stay at London from 3rd June 2018 to 7th June 2018 and to travel to Europe for the period from 8th June 2018 to 17th June 2018.
Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the applicant/convicted accused as well as the learned Advocate appearing for the respondent/CBI and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

(902)APPANo.6842018 On earlier occasion, the applicant had preferred an application bearing Criminal Application No.433 of 2018 for permission to travel to Nepal, United Kingdom and Scotland from 24/03/2018 to 30/07/2018 and that application came to be allowed vide Order dated 21st March 2018. It is reported that in pursuant to the said Order, the applicant had already deposited cash security of Rs.One Lac with the Registry of this Court. The applicant is already permitted to travel to Nepal, United Kingdom and Scotland for the period from 24/03/2018 to 30/07/2018. He wants to travel to London and Europe during this period itself.
Considering the fact that the applicant is already permitted to travel to foreign countries from 24/03/2018 to 30/07/2018, he is permitted to travel to London and Europe during 03/06/2018 to 17/06/2018 on same conditions as are imposed on him vide Order dated 21st March 2018 passed in Criminal Application bearing No.433 of 2018.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
