The Petitioner has not complied with the order dated 7-5-2015 as also the order dated 23-6-2015, by which orders, extension of time to make the deposit was granted. In view thereof, the stay which was operating in favour of the Petitioners stands vacated. Hence it is clarified that there is no stay operating in favour of the Petitioner. An objection is raised on behalf of the State as regards the maintainability of the above Petition. The Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to adopt appropriate remedy. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn to adopt appropriate remedy.
