It is the petitioner's grievance that the order passed by the State Information Commissioner on 27/10/2015 has not been complied with. Order passed by the Commissioner is self explanatory. In case the order was not complied with, then it was directed that consequences as prescribed under Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 would follow.
