Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will file appeal before the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune within one week from today. He prays that the appellate authority be directed to decide the said appeal within a stipulated period from the date of filing of such appeal. 2.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file

910_wp.2566.2021.doc the appeal before the appellate authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune. In case, such appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to decide the said appeal as expeditiously as possible, however, within three weeks from the date of filing such appeal. Needless to observe that while hearing such appeal, the appellate authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice and communicate the decision so taken in the appeal to the petitioner and the concerned respondents. 3.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 4.
