P.C. :- We have perused the averments made in the Writ Petition which purports to espouse a public cause. 2.

A Post Office was established in a portion of a building known as 'Madhav Kunj' on M.G. Road, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai. The premises was taken on rent. The owner desired reconstruction and obtained the necessary permission from the competent Municipal Authority. This necessitate the occupants to

2. PIL 35.18.doc vacate the premises and the Postal Authorities decided to vacate the premises and merge the same with the Ghatkopar Railway Station Post Office. As per the Petition, this has caused inconvenience to Senior Citizens who are forced to stand in the queue for hours to withdraw the money.

It is the matter of policy decision.

A Court cannot issue any direction to the Respondent where a Post Office needs to be established.

The Petition is dismissed.
