The Applicant had already approached this Court vide Anticipatory Bail Application No.851 of 2024 for the same relief of anticipatory bail in connection with the C.R.No.46/2024 registered with Charkop police station, Mumbai. 2.

I am not inclined to entertain this application. The application is rejected. Learned counsel submitted that the Applicant has a one year old child. In this view of the matter, if the Applicant prefers a regular bail application, it shall be decided at the earliest in accordance with law taking into consideration that fact, without being influenced by rejection of her Anticipatory Bail Application.
