DATE :- JULY 12, 2018 OPERATIVE ORDER :- For the reasons stated in the judgment, the following order is passed:- "(a) As a result of the above discussion, Rule is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). The order of detention dated 6th April, 2018 is quashed and set aside. Detenue Anil Preetam Kumbhar is set at liberty forthwith if not required in any other case.

(b) Since we have allowed the writ petition on the basis of grounds (b) and (c) at pages 5 and 6 of the writ petition, we did not deem it fit to hear Mr.Tripathi on the other grounds in the writ petition, though he says, they are of equal substance.
