On that date, the learned Judge shall hear the parties and decide the application, Exhibit-64 on its own merits. Respondent has filed an Undertaking to state that, she shall remain present before the Family Court on 27 th May, 2022.

In that view of the matter, the learned Judge shall make an endeavour to decide the application expeditiously and in case before 31 st May, 2022. It is made clear that this Court has not heard the petition on merits. All contentions of the respective parties are expressly kept open.
