P.C.:- This is an Application for temporary bail on the ground of solemnization of marriage of sister of the Applicant which is scheduled on 22nd April 2019.

The record indicates that, the Superintendent of Thane Central Prison, has submitted a report before the Trial Court that, the behavior of the Applicant in the Jail is absolutely bad. He is not properly behaving in the jail and is also creating commotions from time to time. The concerned Authority has expressed apprehension that, if the Applicant is released even on temporary bail, there is every 1/2

ssm 2 917-ba1257.19.doc possibility that he may flee away from the ends of justice. The allegations against the co-accused in the present crime are very serious in nature. The Applicant along with other co-accused have committed dacoity in the office of a finance company in the wee hour by using fire arms and sharp edged weapons, looted huge quantity of cash.

While rejecting the Application of the Applicant by the impugned Order dated 15th April, 2019, aforestated facts have weighed in the mind of the Trial Court. There are categorical findings recorded by the Trial Court, in that behalf.

There is no error either in law or on facts in the Order dated 15th April, 2019 passed by the Trial Court. I find no reasons to interfere with the well reasoned order passed by the Trial Court. Application is accordingly rejected.
